ABOUT THE ORGANISER
Indesign Media Group has been producing specialised print and online media and events for design and architecture audiences for over 10 years. As well, they are now catering to the rapidly growing high-end design-savvy consumer via Habitus, the first magazine for the Design Hunter.
The Indesign Media Group mission is to inform the ways in which this region experiences design and architecture; to promote the associated products that enable the expression of personalities, values and culture in environments; and to identify the people who drive this movement.
Indesign Media Group has a strong global presence, with print publications currently distributed across 44 countries, online titles viewed from 154 countries and territories worldwide, and significant industry networking events held annually in Italy, Germany and now in Singapore.
EVENTS
The showroom-based design event Saturday in Design alternates yearly between Sydney and Melbourne, with Brisbane Indesign the biannual event for the Queensland design community. Indesign is also committed to nurturing new design through the Launch Pad Emerging Design Program.
PRINT
Indesign Group currently publishes three major titles: Indesign magazine, presenting the best in commercial, retail, civic, institutional and residential interiors and architecture from Australasia and the globe; DQ [design quarterly] magazine, reflecting the people and products driving the Australasian design sector; and Habitus, featuring residential architecture, design, products and people drawn from the rich design landscape of Australasia, South-East and South Asia. Other print publications include The Collection – a 200+page bi-annual book providing specifiers with a single, reliable and comprehensive design resource, along with various contract publications.
ONLINE
Indesign Group’s online publishing arm produces indesignlive.com featuring international and local design news, profiles, people and events updated daily, as well as habitusliving.com, the first online community for the design hunter, and the careersindesign.com.au design-specific job site.
